System Design
Sound, video, and control systems designs built around your needs, not those of the contractor or the salesman. Beginning with your needs assessment and budget, we work closely with the customer to develop an equipment list and system design to meet those needs. Once complete, the design is ready to send out to bid for procurement and installation. You may use one of our partner installers, or simply take the design to your local home theater store for an installation bid. The design is your to do with as you like.
Project Management
Village Sound & Video provides peace of mind as your AV project progresses from the drafting table to the first use. When you need someone to coordinate between equipment suppliers, installation technicians, electricians, and other contractors, or even just a part of this service, we can serve as your eyes and ears on-site to ensure consistent workmanship and a finished product that will be a point of pride, not a source of headaches.
AV System Drafting Services
Know what you want, but just need to get it on paper? Let us provide clean professional system design drawings for you in electronic format. Using the industry standard AutoCad software ensures that your drawings are compatible with those for all other parts of your project.
Perhaps you would like advice on which projector or speaker system to select for your home theater. Maybe you want to know the difference between DLP, LCD, and Plasma, and which one is appropriate for your application. We can also review the installation proposals of two (or more) contractors with you to help you determine which one provides you with the best value.
